All papers for the ICBER 2012 will be published in the IPEDR (ISSN: 2010-4626) as one volume, and will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed by EBSCO, WorldCat, Google Scholar, and sent to be reviewed by ISI Proceedings. About 10 papers selected from registered ones will be published in the International Journal of Trade, Economics, and Finance (IJTEF, ISSN: 2010-023X) free of charge.
